Our Mission

At Jack’s Tomorrow, our mission is to fund research to develop a treatment - and  ultimately a cure - for PURA Syndrome.

“We are on the cusp” of major progress, Jack’s neurologist told us recently. That’s thanks to advances in gene-editing and other areas that facilitate research with patient-derived materials from the growing number of individuals diagnosed with PURA Syndrome - and the many more who remain undiagnosed. 

Strengthening basic and clinical research on PURA Syndrome is our best chance for a better tomorrow.
