Our Mission

At Jack’s Tomorrow, our mission is to fund research to develop a treatment—and  ultimately a cure—for PURA Syndrome.

“We are on the cusp” of major progress, Jack’s neurologist told us recently. That’s thanks to advances in gene-editing and other areas that facilitate research with patient-derived materials from the growing number of individuals diagnosed with PURA Syndrome—and the many more who remain undiagnosed. 

Strengthening basic and clinical research on PURA Syndrome is our best chance for a better tomorrow.
